Appointments during the Coronavirus pandemic: Dr Porter, in his capacity as both a specialist sports orthopaedic surgeon and sports physician, will continue to see patients and / or conduct tele-health consultations covered by medicare, as appropriate. In this way patients with musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, or trauma, may both avoid attending hospital A&E departments and receive appropriate specialist care. Currently this may only affect patients from Covid hot-spots outside of the ACT.
